<b>Supply of images</b><br/>
Images are normally couriered to clients in digital form on CD-ROM. Relatively small files of less than 10Mb can usually be sent by email. If necessary, and by mutual agreement, images may be supplied as duplicate transparencies. Unless otherwise agreed the basic specifications for digital files are as follows: <br/>
1. Scanning resolution 300 ppi <br/>
2. RGB mode <br/>
3. Tiff format <br/>
4. LZW compression <br/>
5. Client to choose byte order - either IBM PC or Macintosh<br/>

<b>Imaging Services</b><br/>
Certain images displayed on this site may require some manipulation to ensure that clients receive the image they require. In certain instances we offer to do image manipulation at no extra charge as part of our service. Examples are: <br/>
1. Removal of ear tags or leg rings from animals that are shown wearing them. <br/>
2. Removal of unwanted background images. <br/>
3. Simple clear-cutting (fees are charged for complex subjects) <br/>
